Rooted Impact is a feminist studio — led by Meghan Corneal and supported by a trusted circle of social and ecological justice collaborators — built for work that needs both care and depth. We bring in the right people for the work at hand: facilitators, researchers, evaluators, disability justice and accessibility practitioners, and creative strategists with deep and dynamic experience. That means you get an experienced, values-led team who stays close to the work and accessible to the people involved.

Meghan Corneal Chaudhry (she/her), Founder

Meghan is passionate about decolonizing systems and narratives, inside and out. She brings an intersectional feminist lens in working with individuals, organizations, and programs to co-create more inclusive and impactful models of industry, leadership and culture.

Meghan is deeply committed to the empowerment of women and girls and elevates the importance of alliance building, storytelling, and feminist leadership to shift power.

Meghan is based in Asheville, NC, USA with her partner and two wildlings. You will find her wandering the woods or the bookshelf.
